In valuing our staff we believe that we can create a caring environment for our customers – children/young people, parents, schools, clubs and other third party organisations.

PFC is always looking for new, quality members of staff who must have the following:

• F.A. Coaching qualification (JFO upwards)
• Vehicle plus driving license
• Emergency 1st Aid and Child Protection Certificates
• Able to work weekday afternoons and/or evenings, and at least one day from the weekend on a regular, weekly basis

Having the following, coupled with the above details, will improve your chances of gaining employment with PFC greatly:

• Level 2 (completed) Coaching qualification
• Minimum of one year’s coaching experience, including after-school clubs and holiday camps
• Experience of coaching at a professional club
• CRB clearance certificate [enhanced]

Two work related references must be provided as well as copies of coaching certificates and other related certificates. References will be followed up by the directors of PFC.
