The PFC Academy was launched in early 2007, with the objective of assisting in the development of young players who strive to achieve their own goals within football.

Our commitment is to the long-term development of the individual player, which we successfully facilitate by using our very own, educational and coaching method; PFC - SKILLS CYCLE www.premierfc.com/cycle_of_success.htm

The set up of the PFC Academy is simple - some players may progress within the Skills Development group and potentially sign for a professional club.

Every player's development attainment level is different but more importantly for PFC is that each player gains immeasurably by being part of the football experience. Learning about the game and expressing themselves on the pitch is great - learning about themselves and improving their human qualities as they participate is even more valuable.

Every top footballer was once a grass-roots player.
Each one progressed through the development stages of free play, organised activity and, when their talent was identified, into serious, deliberate practice in a professional environment.

You can join the PFC Player Development Academy if.....

......you have been at a professional club’s academy/centre of excellence but have been released you can come straight into the PFC Player Development Academy for a 4-6 week trial.

.....you have never been scouted but play a very good level of Junior Football or maybe slipped through the net completely.

At your first session you will be issued with a PFC Academy Joining Pack, which contains a standing order mandate and Academy kit order form. You must bring this pack back fully completed and issue it to your coach at commencement of the second session.
