RYA training course booking forms covering motorboat, powerboat and theory courses, such as Day Skipper, Yachtmaster, Sea Survival, VHF, Radar and First Aid are all provided below.

Once you have selected your course, read the booking conditions on the back of the booking form, complete and return the form with the appropriate payment. If booking by telephone you will still be required to complete a booking form, this should be returned within 7 days of booking. We are unable to reserve places on a course until we have received full payment or a deposit, if applicable.

Cancellations/Transfers by Centre

The Centre reserves the right to:

  1. Cancel a course should the numbers fail to reach a viable minimum. A transfer to an acceptable alternative date or a full refund will be made. We may cancel courses up to 7days prior to the starting date.
  2. Request a participant who does not meet the course criteria to withdraw, without refund.
  3. Decline to award a certificate (but we will give reasons and an action plan).
  4. If due to forecast or prevailing weather conditions, or due to other factors out of our control we have to cancel a course we will endeavour to organise/offer alternative date/s. If we are unable to provide an alternative date/s we will offer an appropriate refund.

Cancellations/Transfers By Client

  1. All cancellations/transfers must be made in writing, to our bookings office (email is acceptable). Change of date constitutes cancellation.
  2. Once notified in writing we will make every effort to resell the course place/s.
  3. If the place is resold prior to the start of the course we will, refund the course fee less a £30.00 administration fee.
  4. Any refunds will only be made after the course start date.
  5. If we are unable to resell a place prior to the start of the course, we will refund Cancellations received 28 days or more prior to the start date less £50.00. Cancellations received 7 - 27 days prior to start date will be refunded less £150.00. Cancellations received with less than 7 days notice prior to start date will not be refunded.
