BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD

BRONZE PACKAGE (£39) includes:

• Free Company name Search
• Companies House Registration fees
• Electronic Certificate of Incorporation of the Company
• Electronic First Minutes (First meeting of the Directors). The Companies Act dictates that every new company must hold a meeting as soon as it is formed. RAF hold this for you, thus ensuring the regulations are complied with and relieving
•  you of this potentially time consuming task and so enabling you to get down to business!
• Electronic Memorandum and Articles of Association. The company "bible" as it is sometimes referred to, this is an essential document. The Memorandum details the activities that the company may undertake while the Articles contain the Regulations by which it must be run.
• Share Transfer form (when necessary)
• Other forms for filing at Companies House (ie, 287, 288a, 288b, 88(2), etc……again, when necessary)

SILVER PACKAGE (£60) includes:

• Hard copy Certificate of Incorporation
• Hard copy First Minutes
• Hard copy Memorandum and Articles of Association (2 sets)
• Softback Company Register. Maintaining the Company Register is also an essential duty and all changes to officers and members, members and directors interests, debentures etc., must be documented, consistent and in line with information held at the Registry

GOLD PACKAGE (£99) INCLUDES:

As SILVER package, plus:

• 4 copies of Memorandum and Articles of Association
• Instead of Soft Register, a Hard Back, Gold Block embossed Book of a very high quality for that 'Corporate' Image
